Powerbox H: For EMAT and air-coupled ultrsonic inspections 
 
 

The Powerbox H is used for contractless EMAT ultrasonic inspections as well as for air-coupled ultrasonic inspections..
The device is capable of generating peak power up to 1200V or 8kW at up to 300Hz. The integrated digital converters and broadband channels allow a wide range of flaw detection, thickness measurements and the determination of material properties.

Both EMAT and piezoelectric probes can be used with Powerbox H. The software of the Powerbox H can be modified in a user-oriented manner with regard to control & display. Built-in filters improve the signal-to-noise ratio and enable presentations of data in A, B, C and line scan formats. Screen settings, device settings and data can be downloaded to a PC. The necessary additional software is included in the package.Eingesetzt werden können sowohl EMAT- als auch piezoelektrische Sensoren. Die Software der Powerbox H lässt sich in Bezug auf Ansteuerung & Darstellung anwenderorientiert modifizieren. Integrierte Filter verbessern das Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis und ermöglicht die Präsentationen der Daten im A, B, C- und Linienanalyseformat. Bildschirmdarstellungen, Geräteeinstellungen und Daten lassen sich auf einen PC herunterladen. Die notwendige PC-Zusatzsoftware gehört zum Lieferumfang.
